They only have 400 lambs, so order early! Malone’s Fruit Farm at Ballon, Co Carlow, on the N80 is a family run business growing a variety of berries on 12 acres. The business started growing strawberries and now also grows raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, loganberries, tayberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, whitecurrants and rhubarb. Fresh fruit is available in the farm shop from mid May to early October while frozen fruit and a full range of homemade products are available all year round. 059 9159477
