All evening cookery courses are practical hands on and small classes. Generally they last for about two and a half hours - an hour of demonstration, followed by 90 minutes of cooking, starting at 6.30 pm and ending at around 9. They are 4 night courses, one night a week with a maximum of 8 students per class. You cook for two with ingredients supplied by the school, and take what you have made home to share with a friend.

Private hands on practical or demonstration classes are available from as little as €45 per person They can be for as few as one or two people or for as many as 15. Menus are personalised to your interest - apart from groups of friends, these are also ideal for social clubs, book clubs, hen parties, corporate events, team building and entertaining clients from overseas. They can last from about an hour to about four hours, including lunch or dinner. They can take place in the morning, afternoon or evening, on any day of the week. We are very proud that companies such as Google, Dropbox and Facebook have greatly enjoyed their team building evenings here. Call for details and availability
