Vegetarian and Vegan One Night Practical Cookery Class

€100A winter warming mushroom, red wine and chestnut terrine in a puff pastry cloud, gluten free golden Spinach pakoras and a cool cucumber raita, tonight’s recipes are an ideal way of improving your vegetarian cookery or simply learning how to prepare meat-free dishes which are healthy and beautifully presented.
The focus of this evening class is on skillful cooking using garden-fresh produce to create mouth-watering dishes which are light and easy to prepare yet visually stunning and simply delicious.
This is a one off evening class from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
