The Vegan Foodie & Contemporary Vegetarian – Starts February 21st – 4 Nights over 4 weeks

€380This course is an ideal way of improving your vegetarian cookery or simply learning how to prepare meat-free dishes which are healthy and beautifully presented.
The focus of this evening course is on skillful cooking using garden-fresh produce to create healthy, mouth-watering meals which are light and easy to prepare yet visually stunning and simply delicious.
This course is held over 4 weeks from 6.30pm to 9.30pm once a week.
